Thanks for checking out my blog. My name is Fred and I’ve been lifting weights for the last 20 years. Strength training is something that I’m very passionate about and I enjoy sharing the knowledge that I’ve learned throughout those 20 years to help others succeed.

Over the years, I’ve learned a lot of things through trial and error. I’ve also spent many hours researching the human body and how resistance training affects it. Unfortunately, I’ve learned many things the hard way. There have been a few times I’ve had to limit my training due to nagging injuries. I’ve been fortunate that none of my injuries have ever needed surgery.

I’ve created this blog to share some advice, training tips, sample workouts and an in-depth review of a program that can help you take your bench press to the next level. I hope you enjoy my site and that you can take this information and move forward with your training.
